Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book(s) for any reason. This is called the “cooling-off period.”

To cancel your order:

1.       Contact us at info@onecs.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.       Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

·      Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

·      You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

·      We recommend using a tracked delivery method for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

·      Once we receive your returned book(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

·      Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used when purchasing.

·      Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or damaged.

If your item is faulty or damaged, we will happily offer an exchange or a full refund at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately with details and photographs of the issue.
